After witnessing first hand the impact of radicalization and violent extremism on children, Divina knew that she had to do to something. Divina, thus created Children 4 Peace (C4P). C4P objective is to ensure that children participate in peacebuilding and sustainable development.\u00a0 C4P wants to show children that they are the true bearers of peace.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Organisation:<\/strong> Children 4 Peace<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Project:<\/strong> Silence the Guns<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Country:<\/strong> Cameroon<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Goal:\u00a0<\/strong>Raise awareness among youth and stakeholders about extremism and encourage peacebuilding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">With the project of Silence the Guns, Children 4 Peace provides local scholarships to girls who&#8217;ve been unable to attend school due to conflict and financial constraints, as well as building children&#8217;s capacity on topics such as leadership, peacebuilding, human rights, and gender equity. C4P will also conduct workshops, where they estimate to have 3000 children participate.
